We must invade smaller neighboring lands to secure raw materials from which to fuel our war machine. War isn't cheap and producing street Armour like this en mass will take some planning.

Armor piercing bullets go through modern armor ment to stop bullets, they wouldn't even notice this.

9mm and smaller might not be able to penetrate, but will cause some indents at the very least, not to mention possible ricochets; higher caliburs are much more likely to penetrate however.

Im not sure how thick this armor is, but I'd be will to bet that just about anything above 22LR would punch through it.
