Short answer: Probably, but depends.

Long answer:

First and foremost, the roofing should be installed to the specifications listed in the instructions provided with the metal roofing. If you're just using something like generic corrugated metal for the roofing, I'd suggest a moisture/vapor barrier to help protect the wood underneath. You should be able to talk to a local home repair store and get a roll of it. As for the structure itself: look up your local code and see where the shed actually has to be placed and if you need a building permit for it if it's a permanent structure (if you can move it, it's not technically permanent. The definition of permanent structure will be defined in your building code as well).

As for the insulation: It depends on what you actually need the insulation to do. If you're just looking to keep a little heat from leaking out the roof, I suppose the styrofoam insulation board would be ok, but an actual roll insulation would likely perform better (I haven't done any tests, this is just from my experience, which is limited to a few installations of the both combined). Polyfill blow-in insulation works even better than either of those, but would be expensive... and this is just a shed.

It sounds like you actually have a pitched roof in mind, which is effectively just a built panel (you can build it like you would a wall... square/rectangle with crossmembers) mounted onto varied-height corner posts.
