Home. No icing on the interior unit. Only blowing warm air and the exterior fan refuses to kick on

If the exterior refuses to kick on you need to check your fuses it may have tripped.

Also you double checked the thermostat and make sure it was set on cold and wasn't tripped during a power surge?

However, if your indoor is on and your exterior is not on, that is typically a fuse/circuit break situation going on.

Alrighty, here's what I'm working with.

This is the Fuse from the outside panel

and

here's a look at the capacitor

If I were any kind of electrician (which I'm not), I'd say that fuse looks worse for wear.

Starting the A/C for the first time of the year? Has your A/C not performed very well last year?

It may just have a leak in the system or the compressor might be seized due to poor lubrication when the last time it was filled. This could also pop a breaker if it was working and then died. I don't know know how old the unit is. Could be a dried up capacitor or relay contacts have done to shit.

Oh no, brother goat no. I live in Houston. The AC unit has been blowing all year long. Heck it was 73F on Christmas day.
