This is a slippery slope of legislation. It is understandable to want to address the current outbreaks of measles but this is an overreach and could lead to more legislation on any type of vaccination. People have to also understand that most of these recent outbreaks happened where most of the people were already vaccinated. Maybe we should look into that and the theory that if a majority is vaccinated that the outbreak occurrence decreases, which is what the Health industry was saying. This law will effectively isolate a person from society because they refused to relinquish consent. The right to consent is an extremely extremely important right to have as a human, and overreactions like this could diminish that right.
