I'd not heard of this and some of the clips were very compelling, which made it all seem really cool, so I thought about and looked it up a bit. My explanations are not as cool as the video made the phenomena out to be, so if you don't want the magic of most of the clips to be be explained away, stop reading. Consider yourself trigger warned, lol!
The ones in the moving cars seemed like they could be perspective based on moving frames of reference. I didn't know the term for this, but apparently it's called parallax, although I haven't verified the definition. Small light planes may have a strong head wind which can give the plane essentially zero ground speed. Having zero ground speed at low altitude is dangerous because if the headwind suddenly stops, then the plane won't have any forward momentum and no wind blowing across the wings, so it'll just fall, or rather dive. So while close to the ground, which is when they're going relatively slower than cruising speed in order to land safely, if there's a strong headwind, they'll make sure they're going enough faster than the head wind so that if it suddenly stops, they'll still have enough forward momentum over the still air so that the plane doesn't stall and dive. That being said, if there was a demigod controlling the speed of the wind, I'm sure he could still stall the plane by shifting straight from headwind to tail wind such that although the plane would still have forward momentum, it wouldn't have any wind over its wings to maintain lift. That being said I'm not saying that my explanations explain all of the strange behavior, but it does seem to explain some of them. So I'm not necessarily denying the possibility of aliens, holograms, matrix glitches, Illuminati, alternative universes causing weirdness, hadron collider having messed up physics, or exotic physics or magic, all of which while unlikely, would certainly be way more interesting than what amounts to essentially an optical illusion in the one case and a simply physics explanation in the other case. My two explanations don't explain all the videos. I'd guess there's an equally boring explanation for the others, such as the videos be fake, or some regular explanation, but that's boring and I think it would be cool if there were some mystic explanation, so I do hold out hope that there's really something weird going on, but my level of hope is pretty small because I'm a fucking boring educated adult. :-(

in your list of things you aren't denying the possibility of you didn't mention the fact that microwave oven parts prove the simple principal of 'AG' or (anti-gravity)
anyone with some time, an old microwave and a glorified 'tin can' can prove the principal themselves.
i'm glad you took the time to look into it, but thought that should be relevant to add.
if you are traditionally 'educated' you should look into the 'EMdrive' (aforementioned tin-can and microwave oven parts)
