Fluoride serves no [admitted] purpose other than to please people who were taught it prevents cavities (never mind almost every toothpaste has fluoride, which is only topically effective). I took a tour of my local water treatment facility, and this is what a container of drinking water fluoride looks like.

Mmmm, delicious. Yes, please keep adding more corrosive acid into my crisp clean drinking water please. I don't have enough problems as it is. I need more.

Flouride is good for your teeth... Lithium is good for your hair. Oh and cyanide gives a great tan.

Until it is (hopefully) taken out of the water, you can get RO units for around $200 now. Costly but the RO membrane lasts around five years or so.
