edit: that article is bs. they say cocaine wasn't extracted until 1960 but it was infact extracted in 1959. probably earlier by some other people as well. It doesn't seem like such a hard thing to do. people do it in the jungle with diesiel fuel and a camp fire...
Yeah bullshit. Coca wasnt commercially available until at least 1863, and that was Vin Mariani in south america. The alkaloid extract wasnt available until much later.
