Nano thermite was used to cut the beams for controlled demolition. It was not used to vaporize the building.

So where is all the debris then? If it wasn't vaporised, where did it go?
If there was “vaporization” of the building as well, that would be done with energy weapons, not nano thermite.
Nano thermite is used for cutting steel.
