Since hearing about fluoride the last few months I've cut back on tap water and increased my iodine intake. I have noticed an improvement in my mental clarity and joint health. I wish I could find an affordable and reliable water filtration system because I'm worried about the plastic in my bottled water. Maybe we can get environmentalists and concerned mothers to help with getting fluoride banned from tap water. Plastic bottles pollute the environment. Fluoride is bad for children. For all I know fluoride causes Autism and A.D.D.

Fluoride is hard to get out, but you have two choices. They make special fluoride filters for about $50 for under sink setups and you have to replace the filters kinda often. It can get expensive but it works well.

The other option is a zerowater filter and this is the route I went. Users have sent in water filtered with the zerowater to independent labs and the test showed zero fluoride. You can find these results online.

One filter lasts me about 6-8 months normally but I get much more out of them. The trick is to save the old filter when it starts reading some TDS on the meter. Then first you filter your water through it and then pour that water through a new filter. The new filter will last years because it's barely filtering anything.

The only down side to zerowater is you have to keep it refrigerated. I kept mine in the fridge for about a year and all was great, but then I decided to keep it on the counter. Within a couple of weeks the water developed a fishy taste and by a month I found mold growing in it. I cleaned everything and put in new filters and it's been fine in the fridge since.

Whatever you do, never use a brita, pur, etc. They are scams. They actually ADD aluminum to the water, so much that it's beyond safe ppm amounts.

A countertop distiller gets everything out of your tap water. It costs me about 25 cents per gallon in electricity. Been drinking it exclusively for 3 years.

and btw all bottle water has fluoride. Some brands have little and some have much more than tap water. Aquafina has the lowest. https://fluoridealert.org/content/bottled-water/

Well shit. I've been buying Costco water thinking it didn't have flouride in it. Maybe i was experiencing a placebo effect or the iodine is helping. Thanks for the info.
