Guys, I don't like jumping to conclusions.. I want to give Trump the benefit of the doubt here:
Are there any good reasons that we aren't aware of that he might let this pass besides helping out giant corporations spy on more people?..

So technically they were already allowed to, and all this bill is doing is getting rid of proposed Obama-era changes that would have stopped ISPs ability to sell that data.

So nothing is actually changing.

Besides, it's not like it makes much difference considering the NSA has low level taps on all internet traffic anyway, and sells that information to advertisers and others themselves. Until that's stopped, this doesn't even matter.

This is my question too. Is there something to this that makes it more than just the giant privacy fuck you and corporate cash grab its being portrayed as?
