For those of you who don't know, U.S. wants to build an oil pipeline from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf states through Iraq and Syria into Europe. (Hence supporting ISIL and Al Nusra to get rid of Assad who is propped up by the Russians) Russia is the only one who currently has a pipeline into Europe, so Russia sees this as an existential threat to its national security because sanctions over Ukraine tanked the Ruble and oil is the only thing keeping it up. If that U.S.-Saudi pipeline is built, the Russian economy will completely tank.

Saudi Arabia has exported Wahhabi Islam for decades in the middle east as a method of pushing its interests and it's largely been successful and its been largely funded by Americans the entire time-- in some cases explicitly instead of unintentionally. The 9/11 attack was a huge boon for Saudi Arabia because the Americans couldn't resist playing world police and knocked over 2 countries--(Iraq being the larger problem for the Saudis). The only 'rival' left for Saudi Arabia in the region is Iran.

So now Iran and Saudi Arabia fight each other with terrorism all over the middle east. The U.S. and Russia play cold war reinactments and everyone gets bombed, America gets bombed, Europe gets bombed then plays the bleeding heart card on refugees just to get low unskilled labor en-masse to grow their economy and then gets bombed again, Russia gets bombed, Syria gets really bombed, Turkey bombs itself and Syria to kill Kurds, including those Kurds that attack ISIL because they buy oil on the cheap straight from ISIL. Saudi Arabia and Israel want the U.S. to bomb Iran for different reasons. (Israel's being that Iran's terrorists live on their borders and harass Israelis// Saudi Arabia wants its last rival in the region gone.)

IMO no one should be involved in the burning trash fire that is the middle east unless they have borders in the region-- but here we are, wasting trillions of dollars we could have spent in our own countries.

I'm always surprised that 99.99% of the articles I read about Syria don't mention that it is all over a pipeline.

Really? If you realize that the real goal is too install a pipeline suddenly the US propaganda narrative of "our freedoms" and nasty ISIL starts to fade away to the narrative of big oil $$$ and a cold war that never really ended. I'm not surprised a bit.

What are the odds alternative energy will make this clusterfuck dissolve in the next five years? Are any of these players thinking that far out?

Even if automotive oil use goes down dramatically, we make a lot of plastics and rubbers for use in every industry. Our leaders are sitting on enough untapped oil in the US to last as long as we need to starve out the competition. The oil wars and supression of electric car tech seems like a scheme allowing the US and others to have an upper hand when shit really gets bad. As oil gets rare and populations near their natural limits, a shortage of patrolium profucts would certainly cause the implosion of an economy.

Personally, I think the US and russia are about the only ones playing for the late game resource wars, other countries are opting for population control or rainy day funds to get through the coming scarcity.

“Then, there was machine gun fire on wounded soldiers & paramedics” from the planes.”

“We demand a full and detailed explanation from Washington. That explanation must be given at the UN Security Council,” Zakharova added.”

I pretty much agree with this. If Russia knew they were Syria you sure as shit should know the US knew as well. The US has more advanced equipment for this stuff and tracking troop movements in Syria. As well that they have to inform Syria and Russia about engagements incase there are blue forces in the area to prevent this sort of incidences. IF Russia is right then the US just exposed it's wildcard.

Also IS is using US weapons, US vehicles and in some cases were caught giving aide to IS in the past. These incidences were spun as accidental drops meant for blue forces. According to SoS Clinton emails she was funding them supply arms and equipment. According to public statement by President Obama, they were funding "moderate" extremists. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if the US is using a merchenary terrorist army to do it's bidding of destabilizing the Middle East for Israel and Globalist agenda interests.

Now ask, "Are we the baddies?"

Are we the baddies?

Nope; even the Russians acknowledge it's Washington and not Americans.

Its good they can tell the difference, but its still americans that do everything for washington. At some point Americans are going to have to take responsibility for the lifetime of shit leaders we've had since jfk. If we don't start fixing those bad leaders soon, it will be americans fighting washingtons wars until theres none of us left. This is on each of us for tolerating the insanity of the empire.

I always had a creepy thought at the back of my mind that they were, at the very least dragging that war out as long as they could. Not only that, but neither Canada, nor the US nor much of anyone did fuck all about getting Christian arabs out of there. They were left to be burnt alive, thrown in acid and whatever else isis wanted to do to them. They can use satellites to pinpoint every strand of hair on your head, but I guess isil fighters are like vampires that don't show up in mirrors, in that they're invisible to technology. Ignore the fact that isis is using american weaponry because justification, justification, justification

Ultimately it does not matter if they are accidentally or deliberately supporting isis, the result is the same.
