Sure the worst thing climate change could cause is less visitors to american national parks. Who cares if millions or billions can't grow enough food anymore or mass migrations. Flooding coastal cities sometimes can't be nearly as bad as visitor counts going down. /s

Just because something isn't a primary concern does not mean it is not a concern or something worth considering.
National parks have instilled a love of nature in millions of people. If attendance drops I would wager that this would contribute to a decline in the number of people who really feel a deep connection with nature and feel more connected as stakeholders in climate change and other environmental discussions beyond the whole doom and gloom thing which, while overwhelmingly important, has shown to not be the most effective motivator in all cases.
