For those that subscribe to /v/coffee, I have a question. /u/lovecoffeebeans posts links to his/her website hosting numerous coffee related articles. The site does sell things, so it's obviously a way to drive traffic and increase sales....which should not be allowed. However, they do also post good content on a sub that doesn't get a lot of traffic.
It seems that they are consistently downvoated, which makes me wonder if a new rule should not be put in place that prohibits advertising / driving traffic to external, commercial sites. Doing so, however, will decrease the amount of good coffee related stories that are posted. Knowing what the results would be, is this still something you guys would want?
