The article doesn't explain if she's fighting for the right to be sterilised, or if she's fighting for having it paid by someone else than herself.

in the UK, women who have children are already offerred this service. The NHS is meant to provide medical care including things like breast implants for cancer survivors and contraception (long and short term). It's not about having it 'paid for by someone else', it's about being treated like everyone else who has access to it.
