So it's a matter of perspective.

"Does it concern virtue" can be taken to mean is it good, positive and involve actions that you can towards the four virtues. The four Stoic virtues are Wisdom, Justice, Temperance/Moderation, and Courage. For them, actions/behavior that didn't involve these virtues were deemed indifferent. So with the four virtues in mind, that's the cut-off for setting when it comes to things you should be indifferent about.

I think it's a bit stringent, and this graphic is obviously a very simplified way to operate, but it's more to keep it simple so you are able to keep the right path in mind. Think of each word as a prompt that contains a bit more information than is shown, and it's up to you to make the connections to information you deem relevant, if that makes sense.
