Try drinking a glass of water when you wake up. Also try eating a piece of fruit as the first thing you have when you wake up. Good luck and if it doesn't work, at least you're drinking more water and eating more fruit!

Yeah this is annoying. I wonder what kind of evolutionary benefit it provides us with. Limiting when we can eat seems counter-productive.

Limiting what and when we can eat is very beneficial to us. The reason children hate fruit and veg is because they have evolved to find it to be bitter. This was because the children that enjoyed eating fruit and veg would go out and forage on their own, which is dangerous and they would be killed.

Maybe the reason some people don't have an appetite in the morning is because we are weaker and more vulnerable when we are still sleepy in the morning and going out into the wild to forage isn't good when you're not at your best

Do some pushups first thing when you get out of bed. It really helps me with the queasiness and also helps you get in shape!
