I'm not a CSS type of guy, but I do have experience being a mod and admin. Not on anything as large as Reddit, just smaller sites with around 500-1000 active members (all now defunct, this was a few years ago)
I've been an internet guy since there was an internet. I'm good at interacting with people, even online. It's very hard to express yourself using only words, but I'd like to think I do alright.
I found that being a mod was more than just strictly enforcing the rules. Yes, the rules are there, but there are times that a submission or comment post is in that proverbial "grey zone" You have to use your judgement in regards to the tone of a thread and where you think it might go if you "A" do nothing, or "B" delete a specific comment. Sometimes, all it takes is is post in your official capacity as a mod, to quiet things down and remind people where they are.
I have no idea if that was what you were looking for. I'll just leave it at that
Oh, I almost forgot. I love camping and try to make the time to go at least twice a month.

That was the quickest response to a job application in my life. Thanks.
