If you're still curious. Your 2013 ultimate will transfer to 2015 enterprise. At least mine did. 2015 is really great, the performance tools are awesome and I haven't even fully used them yet. It's a great IDE. I was so stoked to try to use CLion to learn C++ but with VS2015, I just can't seem to leave it behind, so I'm sticking with VS.

I was watching a buddy of mine running it. What's with the optimism suggestions and such. Looks like a lot of new features.

They really made great changes. I can't express how worth it the upgrade is.

I'm also interested in CLion. But I'm more interested in what Jetbrains are gonna do with Resharper for C++!
