Attention Governors and Ward Managers Maudsley Hospital Camberwell
A nasty ugly little black man with a gap in his front teeth, who appears to be running AL3 this evening/night shift needs Education and Training in customer care, communications and conflict resolution.
My impression is that he thrives on conflict and is in the wrong job.
As a responsible employer I feel you should take more care of your staff and find better positions for them when they are so obviously unsuitable for their vocation."
The Day Staff produced a relatively happy day, but slacked off for the last hour - at least
The conflict point was a request for more hot water for the trolley.
The day staff said the night shift would be doing it.
I suggested they fill a kettle and press the on button even if they wouldn't
No hot water happened
The next shift wouldn't shift their asses either
A shouting match ensued
Threats were made
Still no hot water
Your staff go at their own pace - pretty much universally slow
The Place is set up for conflict
Please supply the ward financial accounts for the past five years so the effectiveness of the Ward can be considered at the Tuesday Mental Health Group Dr Harland and the 3pm compliments & complaints Ward Manager Meeting
