How about letting users discuss whatever they want to discuss and mods only reacting to reported posts

Bye bye boards from me! As a poster first and secondly as a mod. I've already stopped following a couple of fora for being under
moderated.

Owners are talking to admins, in a bit of time admins will tell people what'll be done.
Then Admins will talk to Cmods, in a bit of time Cmods will tell people what'll be done.
Then Cmods will talk to Mods, in a bit of time Mods will tell people what'll be done.
In the meantime new & existing users will continue to be p1ssed off and stop to interact because of the delay.
IF this is supposed to be a business run it like 1 and give clear direction so everyone knows what the direction is IF it's not
supposed to be a business then GIVE SOME KIND OF DIRECTION

In the likes of the cafe chaos would ensue

No offence b_user_27 but 1 of the problems with the site is everyone subforum thinking they are the likes of cafe and I'd be interested
to see what'd happen if chaos was to be allowed to happen.

I'm not saying under moderation, more self moderation. Have users self moderate by either reporting posts or fighting their own
corner, fine line I know between attacking the post and the poster but I think the line will be found if it's allowed to be.

When issues arise or suggestions put forward how many times have we heard this from the Admins .... "its being discussed" yet
we never get a definitive reply.
Thats more of an observation than a criticism but at the end of the day we can debate it to death here or Cmods, Admins or
whoever else is involved can do the same but someone needs to have the balls to make decisions and update everyone here.
