I managed to stay awake even through a moderate dosage of anti-psychotics. Now I feel the depression coming in. Hopefully it won't be too bad this go around. Best of luck to you. Hopefully you have gotten some sleep since this posting. I just found this subverse; still sort of a noob to Voat.

I did manage to get some sleep about halfway through the next day. Now of course, I'm through all that and can feel myself slipping down to the depression. Hoping, as you are, that it's not too bad.
Welcome to the sub, though. As you might have been able to guess, it needs more active people.

After trying a couple meds my doctor told me just to buy Melatonin. I don't know why, but she seems reluctant to give me real medication for it. It activated the same way that benzodiazepines do, though, and they literally do nothing to me so that might be why. I guess I ask for it specifically...
The melatonin helps but after a couple weeks I have to stop taking it for a while because it loses it's effectiveness.

Perhaps, it's not like it used to be before the medication, though. Still, too many things to do, and not enough time to do them. Instead of doing any of those I caught up on YouTube and then decided to go for a walk. 5:30am.. might as well see how long I can stay up, now
