In Lesson 35 I discussed why the second-Messiah, and his disciples, have yet to fulfill the “Prince of Peace” prophecy from Isaiah. In this lesson I would like to talk about mankind's responsibility to walk the same course that Jesus and the second-Messiah walked.
Lesson #36
“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?” Matthew 16:24-26
History makes giant leaps for mankind without our realizing it until maybe hundreds, if not thousands, of years later. For instance, when Jacob refused to give up fighting against the “angel” that God had sent to test him (Genesis 32:22-31) at the ford of Jabbok, God could bless that perseverance by giving Jacob a new name. (“Israel”) Upon this seemingly small condition, God could raise up a Chosen People and build the nation of Israel in preparation for Jesus. But this 2,000-year Old Testament foundation was lost when John the Baptist failed to fulfill his “Cain” responsibility and follow Jesus (“Abel”). To salvage this lost foundation, Jesus went out into the wilderness where he fasted for 40 days. While there in the desert he was tempted three times by fallen-Lucifer. And Jesus refused those temptations each time. Upon Jesus' victory over the devil, God could begin a new dispensation and raise up a new Chosen People. (Christians) Two-thousand years later, God enabled the second-Messiah to rise up upon this worldwide Christian foundation. But, as mentioned in Lesson 15, the second-Messiah was rejected soon after the worldwide indemnity condition of World War Two had been successfully offered by Christianity (“Abel”) in 1945.
“When established Christianity came against me, the world was immediately re-connected to Satan's side. Satan had the condition to renew his attack through a humanity united against the Lord of the Second Advent. Satan's forces attacked me, who all alone had to go to the wilderness to re-establish a foundation and re-take the restoration course during his lifetime. The wilderness way meant I had no family, no tribe, no nation, no world. I had to begin from the bottom, centering on the individual level, restoring 4000 years of human history through this indemnity way.” Sun Myung Moon
When the Old Testament people rejected Jesus, Jesus had to go down to the “servant-of-servant” level of the Eight-Stage Indemnity Course and pay greater indemnity for the sake of mankind. Consequently, he endured 3 years of hardships and persecution that ultimately led to his imprisonment, torture, and crucifixion on the cross. When the New Testament people rejected the second-Messiah, he likewise had to go down to the “servant-of-servant” level of the Eight-Stage Indemnity Course and pay greater indemnity for the sake of mankind. Consequently, he endured over 40 years of hardships, persecution, imprisonment, torture, and faced near-death experiences at the hand's of fallen-Lucifer's representatives.
“If the Christian world had united with the Lord of the Second Advent, Satan's foundation could have been overcome in seven years and mankind could have immediately come back to the original point. All of humanity would have centered on the Second Advent — the nations, tribes, families and individuals. Standing on that foundation, I could have restored the world so quickly in the absence of any persecution. It was a welcoming situation, where everyone would have united with and followed me.” Sun Myung Moon

Im curious if this lesson will include bits from revelations and acknowledge Jesus warning to his apostles about false messiahs, and Jesus return will follow the Man of Lawlessness. The bible clearly shows Jesus made the final sacrifice and has a plan to rip the wheat from the tare(seperate good and evil) which is what makes accepting another messiah for me difficult as it diminishes Jesus entire purpose. I get the Jews refused to believe in their messiah, but the scriptures clearly gave them the prophecy. Im not aware of the Bible mentioning a second messiah. maybe there was a plan for Jesus to live and change humanity on the ground, but thats not what happened. Jesus was Gods ONLY begotten son, Moon, as much as i admire his evaluations, surely is no Messiah. I do agree with the constant cain/able situations through history, but I dont think the book of revelations is a back up plan do you?
