As promised, here is the treatise on Everiness. In order to understand where the BSIHE went off track, one needs to understand exactly what constitutes ever.
Do we mean from the beginning of time? From the beginning of the Internet? Only as far back as the beginning of Voat (when subverses first entered this plane of existence)?
Or does the meaning of "ever", with respect to this subverse, change with time?
When the BSIHE was first established, it was undeniably the best. But based on its recent activity, profundity, and all around volume, it is at risk of no longer being the best, as we discussed in the treatise on Bestiness.
However this sub is the best subverse in history ever, and depending on our understanding of "ever" this recent alleged failing may lead us to a paradox.
If "ever" transcends time as we perceive it, if "ever" takes into account all changes and all realities, then what must follow in order for us to avoid paradox is that the true meaning of Bestiness has, albeit temporarily, changed.
So there is no need to worry; we are still the best. But we would likely all agree that more content, given sufficient quality, is more interesting than no content.
Therefore we should, in the interest of maximizing interest, work to post more to this subverse. But doing so is not necessary for preserving our Bestiness, based on our understanding of Everiness.
Also we are well ahead of our 20-some subscriber aim for early 2018. Let us aim for 100 by next new year!
