The hairline went back, probably from the increase of testosterone.

): That is depressing. Is it really one or the other?

Tell me about it. A few lucky ones aren't affected, but many are. Example: Lebron James

Impressive. Shows what can be accomplished with time and dedication.

That is totally achievable in two years without roids.

That is a turn off. I prefer someone who can make a real change without resorting to things like that. Plus the shrinkage in the other other areas is certainly not worth the trade off.

"roids" is what fat tittied cucks say, when a man accomplishes more with their bodies than them.

It's probably for wiping the sweat from fucking so much. Yours will recede from high cortisol and estrogen level from a shit diet and inactivity.

Legs are one of the hardest parts of the body to build up. I have been lifting and around lifting for over 15 years and I know a little thing or two about a thing or two when it comes to bodybuilding and there is no way that dude made that transformation in 2 years naturally.

Not for me. I see leg gains even on a cut. Chest on the other hand for me requires more work and more calories.

Can we trade? My chest is always pushing a small B cup / big A cup and my legs are always skinny no matter how much stronger they get. Which idc I'm not a bodybuilder but I have been described as the shape of a carrot before

I have no idea how tall he is so it's hard to tell his weight but that is irrelevant in my eyes. It's about the total change in body composition and the inches in size of what looks like legit straight muscle on his legs. Read my other response to other dude if you want more of my poorly written thoughts on the matter.

It's motivating. After a year of physical healing, I'm ready for something crazy and fun.

I run trails a lot and have a decent physique overall but kind of skinny legs compared to my upper body. Anyone have any insights on how building a lot of leg bulk will effect running? My typical run is 4-6 miles.

High weight. Low rep. Leg press and squat until failure.

I remember this guy's OP when he posted it back on Eddit a while back. According to him, he went to the gym every single day for 2 years.

They don't even look the same! Christ. He's a hard worker.

Nice one, as always (rather delicious). Thank you. (:
