Drink water with your beer. 1 water per 2 beers.

Don't go to sleep without water next to you. Chug one before hitting the hay.

Can't help with the poor sleep, when the buzz wears off, you will wake up. Or, if you really tore one off, you'll wake up tired and still buzzing. By around 10AM, you'll feel like shit. Power through to until lunch, and you'll make it through the day fine.

It's not worth it to me. I like sleeping well and waking up feeling like a god.

It's not worth it to a lot of people. Sometimes, if you DO want to make that decision, these are just some tips to help so it won't cause you (as many) issues the next day.
