I baked three fruit cakes earlier this month. I had hoped to use brandy but I didnt have any on hand. This was my first time making fruit cake so I decided to try three different liquors. One is Grand Marnier, one is Limoncello, and one is Triple Sec. Will they be terrible? Did I screw up? If I did can my cakes be saved? I've been feeding them each a couple spoonfuls each week for three weeks now.
