Wow, hospital is the kinda of place one should expect some privacy. So much much for client patient confidentiality...

Nurses, doctors, etc. go in and out all the time. How can you expect privacy ?
One thing to consider when looking at a privacy query is the steps you take to try to make your space/actions private. Being in a hospital seems not to be a place/behavior consistent with a person seeking privacy.
