This was in the Pasco County jail, a "public prison". The US is the prison capital of the world. The problem is not private prisons, its that there is a class divide between cops and prisoners.

My mistake, i was under the impression american prisons were all privatized. The guards error was in ammunition selection, rubber or chalk bullets would have been fine in this instance.

Class divide? lol, they are prisoners, the class divide is intentional and deserved.

70% of people in jails are not charged with a crime.
