when contractions start again, start taking a warm shower with water stream focused on lower back where the pain is. stay in there as long as you want/can until contraction get strong & regular. standing helps the baby move down & which leads to dilation. warm water minimizes the pain. worked for me on my second. YOU CAN DO IT!
