You should have waited several months while she was off the pill before trying. Body needs time to readjust to the best conditions possible.

We know it takes time for her body to normalize the hormone levels, we were just eager to expand our empire.

I understand the desire. We are also about to start our expansion, but we are still in a waiting process.

Get wife's progesterone levels checked. Hormonal birth control usually alter the progesterone/estrogen balance. Learn about xenoestrogens and remove them from diet. Low progesterone in first trimester can cause miscarriage. Reasonably expect 6 months to a year after cessation for regular fertility cycles to resume.

Next common cause of miscarriage is fibroids. Depending on placement they can cause poor implantation.

Wife also needs to be a healthy weight or gestational diabetes and gall bladder complications become a huge risk.

Thanks, she's going to be nowhere near overweight.

Drink Soylent? It isn't formulated specifically for mothers, but for general human nutrition it's the most well balanced meal available.

Always duckduckgo what foods are safe to eat while pregnant. My wife never eats anything without asking Dr Google beforehand.

We've eaten only 3 meals that weren't home cooked. Everything is as natural as can be. Lean meats and fresh veggies.
