Our countries are designed to siphon wealth off the working class. The Chinese simply see the design and tap into it like harvesting sweet maple syrup.

But when I bring up this design and say we need to fix it, Voat tells me I'm a dirty socialist.

A strange Voat response. The other night Steve Bannon said the average American family had approx. $10,000 in savings.

I don’t know what you’re proposing to fix it however I do tend to agree with your “syphoning” perspective.

Personally I think the solution to reducing this syphoning lies in reducing government and increasining the freedoms of individuals. What’s your approach?

reducing government and increasining the freedoms of individuals.

This leads to bigger monopolies. Companies have plenty of power all on their own to suppress competition. Trust busting is necessary. But more importantly...

Universal basic income. Giving workers the power to say no to shitty jobs is going to be the best way to restore proper bargaining power to workers and let them demand a higher wage. Remove the mandate to work under the threat of starvation, end worker subsidies only for low paid jobs, and end the worker discouragement of welfare cliffs. All of these things can be accomplished with a change to how we administer welfare.

"Are we sleepwalking to World War III?

Australia is plunging headlong into catastrophe and we are utterly unprepared. In fact, we may be past the time when we can prepare.

The time-bomb is ticking and it will explode in our lifetimes.

All certainty will be lost, our economy will be devastated, our land seized, our system of government upended.

This isn't mere idle speculation or the rantings of a doomsday cult, this is the warning from a man who has made it his life's work to prepare for just this scenario.

Admiral Chris Barrie was chief of Australia's Defence Force between 1998 and 2002.

He has seen war and sent troops into battle.

Now, he says we are sleepwalking towards a conflict that will alter the world as we know it.

Australia, he says, will be invaded. He fears for the country his grandchildren will inherit.".

Awesome. Australians are our cousins here in North America. Hopefully, they are able to push the establishment into keeping the Chinese econo-war machine out of their country.

They need to do more to supply good, healthy, and well-paid jobs to ensure capital development and generation. The Chinese are just going to steal and plunder from the blue-collared classes.

God I hope so.
