Archived Moving to Australia from the US... (Australia)

I have recently been thinking about cashing out my retirement to move to Australia (from the US) how difficult it is to get a work visa there (I'm 32 and tired of not experiencing life like I want here, hence the move to the other side of the world to see what there is), and then eventually renounce citizenship to become an Australian resident?
