Just plain noodles? Do you put butter or some olive oil in them? Do you season them?

Butter and parmesan cheese usually. I don't mind it with sauce, but I've just always preferred it without.

So basically you just like Spaghetti Alfredo (the Italian way, not the disgusting American way with all that extra cream and garlic salt and what-have--you).

Butter and parm is good on noodles. I like it either way. Sprinkle a little oregano in it, good stuff.

That's not bad, but get some pepper on that shit, maybe a bit of garlic.

This isn't unusual, except that it's spaghetti noodles over other forms of pasta. I've seen variations of this with rigatoni or bow-tie pasta. Skip the butter and use olive oil and Italian seasoning. That's some good stuff.
