Archived As a white man trying to get a job with a company that has some government contracts, should I fill out the affirmative action page? (AskVoat)
submitted 4.8 years ago by Dreki
So I sent in my resume and I received a reply containing an optional page to fill out regarding race, gender, etc..
My thoughts are that if it is indeed optional, filling it out as a white, straight man could decrease my chances of getting the job. But could not filling it out cause me to be overlooked entirely?
What should I do, Voat?
