Lefty, here. Using scissors. The blades are backwards, I can't see where I'm cutting, and the "ergonomic" handles, which are great for Rightys, cut into my thumb and give me blisters.

Here is a tip. Hold the scisscors and paper to the right of your eyeline. It will allow you to see where the edge of the blades meet the paper.

Yeah, what CatNamedJava said. Also, try holding the scissors upside down; it feels more comfortable, at least for me.
