I have gained so much relationship weight I really need to get myself back into running.
At one point I lost 150 pounds. But I gained a lot of it back. I'm not as heavy as I used to be but I'm a little chunky. Definitely gotta get back on the right track!

Do it, man. Ive run every single day since Jan 1, 2014 (so like 400+ days in a row) for at least a mile.
There will ALWAYS be an excuse or reason not to do it. Just get out there today!
