Most, but it's a bit jumbled now (in part due to drugs). I have memories back to when I was 5 months old - only 2 memories from that age, but 100+ from before I was 5 years old, and thousands from my childhood. I have near eidetic memory, so there is a hell of a lot of random stuff that my brain collects. Sometimes I have trouble searching it, but when a person asks a specific question it normally triggers me to recall various memories related to the topic. One of my biggest challenges is when I've done something a number of times, the memories seem to write over each other and become a blur. Like, if I've only ever driven a road once, I remember nearly every detail, but if I drove it every day to work, it's just a haze and I can't tell you which memory is from what trip.
First memory at 3 years old after that a little bit. I remember alot from age 6 to 12. From 12-16 not that much since I had black outs all the time and was drugged up with various anti depressant, anti psychotics and so on. From 16-18 I remember the most those where the best years when I went to a new high school got new friends and a whole new school program.
18-20 drugged up again not that much I remember. 20-24 Spotty memories but I remember more than my teenage years.
Not much. Just bits and pieces from my early childhood, a few milestone events through adolescence and a handful of good and bad memories from adulthood. Sometimes my wife will say something that triggers a memory and I'll remember a small bit of it.

Probably a very very small percentage of it.

Not as much as most people.
A lot of a my friends can recall very specific stuff from their childhood.
And I simply just can't recall memories like they do.
I mean, I can remember quite a bit of stuff.
But it's all sporadic shit.
