I'm sorry. These are 2 drastically different people with drastically different political policies. If you like one you probably hate the other. Unless I'm misunderstanding your question, you're asking how I would want the naming convention to be if they ran together. I wouldn't want them running together, and I can't really think of anyone who would.
Oh, not naming convention. I thought the the order was related to who was the primary and who was the running mate. I am definitely aware they are drastically different and running independent as different as they are may bridge the ever increasing divide that seems to be occurring between the 2 parties. Or perhaps just turn off the supporters of both and make voters stay strictly D or R?
