Regular exercise and disciplined sleep schedule. Lift some weights and wake up at about the same time every day, no matter what time you went to bed. In order to do that, I had a week or two adjustment period where I sometimes couldn't get to sleep and ended up only sleeping from like 4am - 7am. It fucking sucked but it was really worth it. It really doesn't take that much exercise. I do it for at least 4 hours a week for mental health purposes, but if you don't waste time during your workout, you could get away with 2 hours or less per week.
