Passive agressive coworkers, quit or become one of them? (AskVoat)
submitted 1 month ago by nougat_lord
I work in a weird job. It's a nice job in terms of benefits and pay, but oh boy does it come with issues. The biggest one is the passive agressiveness of a lot of coworkers. I've noticed they'll have meetings and/or talk to a PO and change requirements, but not tell you, which screws you over. And other times your coworker tells you to do something one way, and waste your time, only to tell the PO that it was your fault for being late. Should i work on my politicking skills or just say fuck it and move on to greener pasture?

Well you could just say something instead of being passive aggressive yourself. That way they fire you.

I did, and it was ignored, hence the issue
