I once had a supervisor similar to that. He would tell A to tell B to do something. If there was the slightest issue he would state "I never told you to do that". After too many times if another employee told me I was supposed to do something I ignored them. If challenged by the stupivisor I would tell him that the other employees are always lying to me so I stop believing them, if he wants me to do an additional task he has to tell me himself.

Short term, leaving is probably the best option if there is no way to fix the situation. I worked a place like this once and tried to make it work for a tortuous couple of years, I only had relief when I left.
Long term, look into starting your own business. Not sure what industry you may be in, but it is so much better to run your own show if you can make it work.

They are psychopaths and will not stop.
Challenging this behaviour will get you targeted for destruction.
Just leave. Your health is worth more than that.

if you don't have personal uptime with the boss and can't dodge co-workers: quit before you're fired.
edit: look for replacement first, as long as you're still able to.

Once you knock out one person you’ve earned their respect and it won’t happen again. Choose wisely
