It really says something about Voat when one bad moderator causes this much of an uproar. I am glad we are holding each other to high standards here.

I've been following some of the censorship of reddit and it really goes deeper than most people realize. I think I lot of people don't want to see that happen to voat. Social Justice warriors who want to remove the world from anything that might be offensive in the name of making the world a "safe space" probably shouldn't be moderating voat and I think most people here don't want to see that happen.

It should be a "moderator motto" that if opinions or facts easily "trigger" you you need not apply. I'm not saying the mod in question did this but I think the majority of people here would rather be offended than silenced.
