Seen this a lot on Reddit via /r/undelete. Usually means "deleted because some mod disagrees with the politics."

My usual interpretation of 'soapboxing' is essentially making a post promoting yourself, or your agenda, with little to no purpose otherwise.

Whether other people see it as the same, I have no idea.

If good conversation happens as a result, I am unclear what the problem with either of those. I get that you are just highlighting the difference, but I am not sure why there needs to be a rule. We have a voat, let us decide which is worthy of discussion.
