We get it. /u/she has some views that suggest it is unlikely she will never abuse mod status to silence disliked views. The exact thing many of us came here to escape. But so far there has only been 1 case. IMO all it warrants is a warning and watching to ensure it doesn't continue. I fear, like many of you, that given her views it will happen again. But that's not enough for removal as a mod.

And IMO, the spamming of this topic is getting quite annoying.

Yup. Every post they make just makes me downvoat them harder. The only thing they're convincing me of is how childish they are.

Welcome to voat: where we value free speech, unless we don't like you, then you're clearly a sjw or a shill.

There is a big difference between having an unpopular opinion and SILENCING opinions you don't agree with you dumb faggot schill.

^This guy gets it.

What if someone had an unpopular opinion about jews, blacks, whites, females or males would we remove them? As long as they don't ban people because of opinions then who cares. Make another subverse. I only saw one post that didn't violate the rules. Out of the hundreds. We all make mistakes. If it was blatant abuse she should be removed. We are no better than the sjw if we hang people on a cross for an opinion that is not mainstream on voat. `

Police everything, or police nothing.

Default subs ought to be as neutral as possible.

Agreed, we shouldn't hang her for her views. We should do it for forcing them on others. You can't go deleting a submission, from the front page, that calls you out for abusing mod powers. If a submission is on the front page, it shouldn't be deleted- ever. Once it's gained that much momentum, a fucking question mark does not matter.

I totally agree with you, can't wait till it gets off front page. If it's not gone by tomorrow, unsubbing and going to v/why or something.

To kill the conversation- you have to not contribute to it. This submission contributes to it. I know you didn't realize it'd make front page, but here we are.

Agreed completely.
