Why not just make it add a fucking question mark automatically?

I like this: add a question mark to the title if missing. Does Voat provide the tools to do that?

(No CSS-only solutions please, that would only work in the sub)

CSS couldn't really do this anyways. There's no if statements in CSS, so if something already had a "?", then it would just have 2.

Doh, right. XSLT stylesheets anyone? ;-)

Nope, and no tools for that will be added because it's such a niche case.

A feature that could be of more general use would be the possibility to alter post titles after deletion when the case of deletion was something improper in the title. For example, some subs dedicated to specific games or TV series might require that all posts be tagged with spoiler information: if such a spoiler is missing, the post could be deleted, with the option to be reinstated if the title is changed to match the rules.

This means of course that it should be possible to change post titles under appropriate conditions. It might be necessary/appropriate to define a new post status, say “challenged”, which behaves like “deleted” except that it allows this kind of changes. It would make some forms of moderation more automatable.
