Yes I suggested trying drugs to expand your mind. Just like how some people have a drink "to relax". I am not advocating someone spend all their time and money getting high and becoming a drug addict.
that's one problem i have with some people who are very vocal about drugs(know some people personally who act this way too). They always say "be open minded" or "expand your mind" but ignore the evidence of negative of drugs and only focus on the "weed cures cancer" part :/
Looking back at my life, the time around when I did drugs (by NO means heavily), they were the LEAST productive, happy, memorable and enjoyable years. Easily. Without question.
While something to maybe try, if one has the desire, they are so far from being a Good answer to "how to appreciate what life has to offer" as to almost be laughable. Unfortunately, too many kids (people under 25) have no broader understanding and think it's Tony the Tiger.. GrrREEEAAT! I was one too, but age adds perspective.
I am not advocating drug use as a coping mechanism. I am suggesting that to expand your mind sometimes a substance can be used to do that, and there are many alternatives out there, however there are two that do occur naturally in this world and if consumed properly in a safe environment there is no denying that chemicals in the brains are doing something. Even pure MDMA is being used as a possible treatment for PTSD (in small dosages).

Smoke weed, try shrooms. Expand your mind. I have heard DMT is good too!
