From 1986 to 1991, Japan economic bubble burst. Around the same time xenophobia was rampant and they essentially closed themselves up from the rest of the world. They still haven't recovered economically. Looks like the U.S. is bound to get the same result, since the stock market is about to crash and we just got banned from the rest of the world.

Oh, that one. The one which had nothing whatsoever to do with isolationism. I thought you maybe meant centuries ago, which would have only been tangentially related to the current situation.

But no, see, isolationism is why the US is the world’s greatest power, and we’re going to go back to that in full. It will cause us to recover beyond your wildest dreams. No more nonwhites, no more fiat currency, no more globalist organizations. And the world will worship us for it, because they’ll continue to be genocidal hellholes until they follow us.
