I work with a woman who spends more time paying attention to what everyone else is "not doing" rather than just doing her own job. She's the type of person to go to the manager as say "____ is 10 minutes late, is he okay?" When in reality she just wants to make sure our manager knows a co-worker is late. It truly disgusts me, the nature of this woman. She has worked at this company for 30 years and from what I've heard they keep her around simply because of that reason. The value she adds to the department is little to none.
Maybe you and some cubemates should start watching her and find something that's up, or hell just make something up. Put a couple empty airplane bottles of booze in her desk at the end of her shift so the cleaning staff will find it.

So basically she is the company spy?
