Honestly, libertarian communism would probably what I could see. Also, freedom of speech
and minimal laws. Pretty much only laws that would ban outright violence.

You know those two things are as far apart as possible on the economic system graph right? Exact opposite quadrants.
If you want communism with goods/money and libertarianism with personal choices and freedoms you are describing classical liberalism.
