An Icelandic poet told Bjork that tv screens due to the flickering or refresh are hypnotic and cause information to enter the mind uncritical. Perhaps this may be because it changes brainwaves into that frequency. The comments were made with respect to cathode ray tubes. Might that be possible for those and or newer technologies.
